Canada Day

There was plenty of fun, laughter and great food on Canada Day and two great causes were supported at D'Arcy McGee's Irish Pub (44 Sparks St.–downtown location):

• Our love of Canada!
• Organ & Tissue Donation Awareness. The folks at D'Arcy McGee's donated $1,400 from the day's festivities to the Paul Kennedy Team in support of organ & tissue donation awareness.

National Capital Race Weekend

May 26, 2006

For a 4th consecutive year, Paul's team participated in the Family Challenge at the National Capital Race Weekend (May 26-28, 2006). Team membership was an incredible 300+ runners, walkers and rollerbladers. So far, nearly $52,731 has been raised from this event for the Ottawa Hospital Critical Care Unit and Organ & Tissue Donation Awareness.

• The love of the Irish!
• Organ & Tissue Donation Awareness. The folks at D'Arcy McGee's donated $1,200 from the day's festivities to the Paul Kennedy foundation in support of organ & tissue donation awareness.
